he Association of Environmental Consultants and Companies of Malaysia (AECCOM) was established in 1992, with the encouragement and support of the then Former Director General of the Department of Environment, Dato’ Ir. Dr. Abu Bakar Jaafar. The primary purpose of the Association is to look after the interests of its members drawn from all sectors of the environmental business. Its current priorities are to establish links with regulatory authorities as well as privatisation concessionaires and industries to enable its members to play a meaningful role in ensuring sustainable development in the country.
On behalf of AECCOM, I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to Marshall Cavendish (M) Sdn Bhd for launching the latest edition of Malaysia Source Book for Architects & Designers 2019/2020.
Having been in the market for close to three decades, this directory continues to serve as a dynamic and cost-effective platform for businesses to promote their products, services, brands and corporate identities. Apart from fostering business opportunities and partnerships within the country; it also serves as an influential business guide that helps to connect international buyers with Malaysian architecture, design, furniture, landscaping and construction goods and service providers through the strengthening of brand presence and positioning.
I am convinced that the Malaysia Source Book for Architects & Designers will help pave the way for greater progress and development in the Malaysian architecture, design, furniture, landscaping and construction industries. I hope information in this directory will facilitate better decision making and provides the necessary information much needed by the readers.
Thank you.Dato’ Dr. Nadzri Yahaya
Chairman of Association of Environment Consultants and Companies of Malaysia (AECCOM)
