DESCRIPTION
Network floor, an innovative access floor system for intelligent buildings made of high-strength lightweight concrete organised by the ministry of construction and a good design product selected by the Ministry of International Trade & Industry in Japan.

    Features of the network floor is integrated from:

    - Underfloor ducting system
    - Raised floor system

  • Low finished floor height (40/50mm)
    - Suitable for new and existing buildings

    - Cable paths at 300mm Grid layout

  • High flexibility and cost effective
    - Ease in Outlets installation and relocation
    - No maintenance required

  • Excellect cable management
    - Power, telephone & data cables are laid in different paths systematically preventing interference

  • Easy installation and accessibility
    - Require only 1/3 the time as compared to conventional raised floor installation
    - Wiring are easily accessible from floor surface

  • Lightweight and can withstand heavy loading
    - Weighs only 30 kg per sqm including the covers
    - Can withstand more than 3.3 ton per sqm

  • Flame retardant
    - Tested to BS 476 Part 6 : 1989 and Part 7 : 1971
